Tree and Shrub Care

Tree Care

We offer a complete line of tree and shrub care. From feeding and pruning to disease detection and prevention, we will bring your plants and shrubs to optimal health and beauty.

Our services include:

Deep Root Feeding

We will feed trees and shrubs with a special formula to encourage root development and longer lasting color.

Dormant Oil Spray

Dormant oil is a non-toxic spray to control sucking and chewing insects in the egg stage before they can do any damage. We offer dormant oil spray application on deciduous trees, shrubs and evergreens in early spring while they are still dormant, before buds develop.

lodgepole pine trees

We will treat your Lodgepole Pine trees for the Pine Bark Beetle. Included in the spray are products called stickers which help adhere the chemical to the foliage of the trees.

aspen trees

We will treat your ornamental Aspen trees for Leaf Spot and Leaf Miners. If needed, we will also perform systemic injections to eradicate borers that are unhealthy to the aspen systems by weakening the wood and allowing the invasion of canker and decay fungi.

spruce trees

We will treat your ornamental Spruce trees for White Pine Weevil, Cooley Spruce Gall, and Spruce Spider Mites. These are preventative sprays.

Tree & shrub pruning

Pruning is the practice of removing diseased, non-productive, or otherwise unwanted portions from a plant. The purpose of pruning is to shape the plant by controlling or directing plant growth, to maintain the health of the plant, or to increase the yield or quality of flowers and fruits. Proper pruning is as much a skill as it is an art, since badly pruned plants can become diseased or grow in undesirable ways.
